Accessibility Statement

The purpose of this statement is to make our service easier to use and to improve it in everything relating to accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.

Regarding the accessibility of online content, we make every effort to adhere as closely as possible to the recommendations of Israeli Standard IS 5568, level AA. Accessibility compliance has been tested in the Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla and Edge browsers.

Accessibility features available on this site

• Support for all standard, commonly used browsers (such as Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla).
• Site content is written in clear language and uses legible fonts.
• The site structure is built from headings, paragraphs and lists.
• Navigating the site is simple and convenient and includes clear, readily available menus.
• Links on the site are clear and explain where they lead once clicked.
• Text descriptions for images and icons, for assistive technologies.
• The site adapts to working environments at different resolutions (responsive design).
• Accessibility support for menus, forms and fields, heading hierarchy, tab components, pop-up windows and more.

Changing the display

You can enlarge or reduce the site display by pressing one of the "CTRL" keys together with the mouse wheel, or together with the "+" sign to enlarge or the "-" sign to reduce the display. Each press will reduce or enlarge the screen by ten percent (10%).

Changing the font size is done using the accessibility menu available on the site.

The site does not include flashing or flickering content. Videos that play automatically can be paused and resumed with the pause button shown on each video — by mouse, touch or keyboard.

Physical accessibility arrangements — the BENAMI store

Ben Ami Jewelry Ltd. works to make its physical store accessible to people with disabilities, with the aim of giving all our customers an equal, independent and dignified shopping experience.

We receive visitors at our store located at 5 HaKeshet Street, Moshav Ein Iron. Below are the details of the physical accessibility arrangements at the premises:

• Accessible parking: there is no dedicated adjacent accessible parking space, but there is wide, accessible parking near the entrance.
• Access routes to the entrance: the route from the parking area to the store door is continuous, accessible and free of obstacles, with no steps at all, level and paved.
• Entrance door: the entrance door is standard, and there may be an obstacle for a wide wheelchair.
• Interior space and reception: the interior space of the studio is designed to allow comfortable movement and turning for a person using a wheelchair. The aisles between the jewelry displays are free of obstacles. An accessible and adapted service counter is available on the premises.
• Furniture and waiting areas: the store has accessible seating adapted for people who have difficulty standing.
• Accessible toilets: the store has customer toilets, but they are not accessible to people in a wheelchair.
• Service animals: we warmly welcome people with disabilities accompanied by a service animal (such as a guide dog). Entry to the store with a service animal is permitted without any restriction.
