Cancellation Policy

BENAMI — Distance-Selling Transaction Cancellation Policy (Online Purchases)

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a customer who has made a distance-selling transaction on the website is entitled to cancel the transaction under the following conditions:

Time Frame for Cancellation

Cancellation of the transaction is possible within 14 days from the date the product was received, or from the date the document containing the transaction details was received, whichever is later.

How to Give Notice of Cancellation

In order to exercise the right of cancellation, clear notice must be given to the company. You may contact the store's customer service by telephone at 054-8704422, or by sending a message on WhatsApp to that same number.

Cancellation Fees and Return of the Item

In the case of a cancellation or a request for a refund (other than due to a defect in the product), a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount will be charged.

The refund will be issued only after the piece has been returned to the store and has undergone a full inspection confirming that it is not damaged and has not been used.

Return shipping costs NIS 35. If the piece is being shipped back due to a fault on BENAMI's part, the shipping cost will be borne by the company. Alternatively, you may return the item yourself to the store located in Moshav Ein Iron.

Limitations on Cancellation

No return, exchange, or cancellation will be possible for jewelry that was made to custom order, personally designed, or personally engraved.

No returns or exchanges will be given on rings that were made to the customer's individual finger size.
