Yes, within 14 days of purchase — provided it has not been worn, on presentation of a receipt or exchange slip, and in its original packaging and undamaged.

A piece with personal engraving, a special-order piece, and rings made to your finger size.

The piece comes back to us, we check that it is intact and unworn, and the refund is then issued. A 5% cancellation fee applies. If the return is due to dissatisfaction, return shipping is ₪35 — or you are welcome to come to the studio in Moshav Ein Iron.

Gemstones and rough diamonds are natural stones, and no two are alike. Differences in tone and colour between the stone in the photograph and the stone you receive are therefore possible. We will do our utmost to find the closest tone at the same quality, but we cannot commit to it.
