BENAMI — Returns and Exchanges Policy

Warranty

Every piece of jewelry carries a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. For any warranty request, please bring your receipt. Keep your receipt — it serves as your warranty certificate, and it must be presented for the warranty to be honored.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Contact between the jewelry and chemical or cosmetic substances of any kind.
• A fall, bending, or a strong impact.
• Any repair carried out by a third party.

No exchange and/or return will be given for a piece that has been personally engraved.

*In all of the above cases, a professional assessment will be provided by a certified goldsmith or stone-setter on behalf of BENAMI, and a decision will be made accordingly.

Exchanging a Piece

An exchange is possible within 14 business days from the date of purchase, provided the piece has not been used (upon presentation of a receipt or exchange slip) and is returned in its original packaging and without defect.

There are no exchanges on custom-ordered jewelry, personal designs, or pieces that have been personally engraved.

Every ring is made to the customer's individual finger size. Accordingly, no returns or exchanges will be given on rings made to an individual size.

Refunds

In accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a refund will be given for the cancellation of an in-person transaction made within 48 hours of the time of purchase. A refund will be given for the cancellation of a distance-selling transaction (a purchase made on the website) made within 14 days of the time of purchase.

A refund is conditional upon the return of the jewelry and its original packaging to the company, and subject to inspection and confirmation that they are intact and complete.

Cancellation fees are 5%. Return shipping costs NIS 35. If the piece is being shipped back due to a fault on BENAMI's part, the shipping cost will be borne by the company. Alternatively, you are welcome to come to the store in Moshav Ein Iron.

Gemstones and Rough Diamonds

Gemstones and rough diamonds are natural materials, and therefore no two stones are completely identical. In light of this, there may be variations in color and shade between the stone photographed and the one actually set.

The BENAMI team carefully selects each stone for your piece, striving for the highest level of quality and the shade closest to the original, but does not guarantee a complete match. It is hereby clarified that the selection and setting of the stone is carried out by the company alone.

Repairs

The cost of resizing a piece (making it smaller or larger) is NIS 250.

The cost of any other repair, after the warranty on the piece has ended, will be determined according to the type of repair. The cost of the repair will be given to the customer before it is actually carried out.

Shipping

Home delivery. Once your piece is ready, delivery takes up to 7 business days. If there is any delay with your order, our team will call you to let you know. Production time for a piece that is not in stock is up to 30 business days, and once ready it will be delivered to your door within 7 business days.
